• 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or a fast-growing scale-up.
• Led teams and coached staff to high performance.
• Strong analytical and KPI-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of core processes across all depots with high quality and consistency.
• Drive KPI performance for customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and availability.
• Lead and develop a team of Operations Analysts; support hiring and onboarding.
• Collaborate between central teams and local depots to align priorities.
