Job summary

Indie Campers seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily execution across 4–5 depots and 300–450 vehicles. Based at the largest depot, you will travel between locations, supervise Operations Supervisors, and ensure vehicles are ready for on-time check-ins and check-outs.

You will manage staffing, budgets, and safety standards while driving KPIs and implementing district initiatives in a hands‑on, field-based leadership role.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on operations experience in mobility, rent‑a‑car, logistics, or high-volume environments.
• 2–3 years leading teams across multiple depots or locations.
• Experience managing labor, overtime, costs, scheduling and location budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead 4–5 depots delivering service, productivity, quality, and cost targets.
• Coach and develop Operations Supervisors and depot teams.
• Ensure vehicles are ready, safe, clean, and available for check-ins/check-outs.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate workforce coverage during peak periods.
• Ensure SOPs, safety standards, and compliance are followed.
• Resolve escalated operational and customer issues.
• Visit depots weekly and perform frontline shifts monthly.
