Indie Campers is hiring a Regional Operations Lead to ensure high-quality execution of core processes across all depots in the region (USA & Canada). You will link central teams with local execution, driving KPI performance and supervising a team of Operations Analysts.

The role requires analytical thinking, hands-on problem solving, and strong leadership to align with strategic priorities while ensuring operational excellence and inventory oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, consulting, or a fast-growing scale-up.
• Led small to medium-sized teams and coached others.
• Expert in driving performance using KPIs and operating metrics.
• Ability to bridge central planning and local execution.
• Strong focus on process consistency with flexibility when needed.
• Clear communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Solid grasp of Excel/GSheets and project management tools.
• Fluent in English; travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own core operational processes across regional depots with high quality and consistency.
• Drive KPI improvements for Customer Satisfaction, Operational Efficiency, and Ancillary Availability.
• Lead and develop a team of Operations Analysts with clear roles and performance expectations.
• Serve as the operations conduit between central teams and local depots.
• Collaborate with Regional Director and BROMs on priorities and execution plans.
• Oversee initiatives like depot openings, transformation, and expansion.
