Job summary

BayMark Health Services is seeking an accountable, strategic Regional Director of Operations for our Opiate Treatment Program in Springdale, AR. You will lead the regional team, execute the business plan, and ensure profitable, compliant operations while delivering high quality patient care across OTP sites.

This role directs Treatment Center Directors and a diverse staff, manages budgets, sets annual goals, tracks performance, and partners with national support to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Ten (10) years of relevant management experience
• Experience in outpatient settings with multi-site responsibility and MAT
• Strong knowledge of opioid treatment and current treatment trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to travel as needed
• Satisfactory references, background check, and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction to Treatment Center Directors and staff.
• Leads change by communicating vision and gaining commitment.
• Aligns objectives with BayMark’s goals and tracks progress quarterly.
• Oversees regional budget planning and profitability.
• Partners with National Support to drive growth and patient care.
• Mentors staff and supports succession planning and diversity initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
