BayMark Health Services seeks a Regional Director of Operations to lead our Opiate Treatment Program across multiple clinics. You will direct Treatment Center Directors, optimize patient care, and drive profitable growth while controlling expenses.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 10 years of management experience in outpatient settings, and strong leadership, finance, and regulatory knowledge. Travel is required as needed to oversee regional sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Ten years of management experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Experience with multi-site operations and MAT programs.
• Strong knowledge of opioid treatment regulations.
• Proven ability to coach and develop leaders.
