Job summary

Thea Pharma Inc. is expanding its U.S. ophthalmic portfolio, led by ZOLYMBUS and iVIZIA products.

The Regional Sales Director will drive regional sales, coach a team of Territory Managers, and align field execution with national brand strategies. Strong leadership, ophthalmic market knowledge, and travel readiness are essential. You'll partner with marketing and access teams to optimize go‑to‑market tactics, manage regional budgets, and ensure CRM discipline while delivering regional growth

Qualifications

3–5+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience, with at least 3+ years in field leadership.
Strong understanding of ophthalmic practice operations is a plus.
Demonstrated success driving regional sales growth and coaching field teams.

Responsibilities

Lead day‑to‑day sales execution across the region aligned with national brand strategy.
Own regional performance to goal and motivate team to achieve quarterly targets for full product portfolio.
Monitor KPI attainment and regional sales activities; manage territory planning and resource use.
Provide field-based insights to marketing, medical, and access teams; support regional conferences and meetings.
Recruit, coach, and develop Territory Managers; conduct field rides and give feedback.
Oversee CRM usage, field reporting, and regional budget management.
