Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies for the Northeast region.
• Lead regional operations teams including warehouse managers and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and customer service to align ops with objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Manage budgeting, cost control and capital expenditure planning.
