Job summary

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in a related field and at least 10 years of senior leadership in logistics, with MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in transportation, warehousing, or logistics operations.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and complex operations in transportation/warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Experience developing and executing strategic operational plans for growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and service quality across the Northeast region.
• Lead, mentor, and manage regional operations teams including warehouse managers and logistics supervisors.
• Oversee compliance with safety regulations and company policies for a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service to align operations with business objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and capital expenditure to optimize financial performance.
