Job summary

Associated Packaging, Inc. seeks a Regional Operations Specialist to support a group of branches by training staff on standard processes and resolving day-to-day operational issues.

You will act as a key escalation point beyond the branch lead and help ensure consistent execution of SOPs company-wide. You will train branch managers, troubleshoot across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory and fulfillment workflows, and collaborate with Accounting, IT, and Purchasing to drive continuous

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or branch operations.
• Hands-on ERP or order management system experience.
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
• Proven ability to train adults, write clear procedures, and explain processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
• Ability to travel regularly to assigned branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Support branch operations and troubleshoot problems across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, and fulfillment workflows.
• Train branch leads on SOPs, system workflows, and process changes.
• Onboard new branch leads to corporate standards and training programs.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Sales, Customer Service, IT to resolve cross-department issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure data integrity in ERP.
• Monitor KPI performance and report progress to leadership.
