Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Regional Service Support Coordinator to back the Regional Service Manager and keep service operations running smoothly. This role blends office duties with hands-on warehouse tasks, focusing on asset tracking, inventory, and coordinating supplies for the regional team.

You will handle dispatch support, equipment setup, and packaging for deployments, while ensuring excellent customer communication and correct data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manage asset tracking and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels.
• Coordinate shipping of supplies and equipment for the regional office.
• Manage service parts inventory and warehouse organization.
• Build and prepare installation packets for new equipment deployments.
• Perform equipment setup and configuration as needed.
• Assist with equipment deliveries when necessary.
• Provide backup dispatch support, including: Taking customer service calls, Scheduling service technicians, Coordinating daily dispatch activities.
• Deliver first-level customer phone support and route issues appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and service area.
• Support special projects and additional operational needs as assigned.
