Core & Main is seeking an Operations & Training Specialist based in the field to drive onboarding, coaching, and operational excellence across branches. You will partner with regional leadership and our Learning & Organizational Development team to ensure consistent training delivery and system adoption.

You will coach ISRs and other staff, support structured onboarding programs, and help close knowledge gaps through hands-on and virtual sessions. Willingness to travel 30–75% is required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience with Core & Main in a sales-focused or support role.
• Ability to analyze performance data and drive improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration platforms (Teams/SharePoint).
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver hands-on training and coaching for Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and other operational associates.
• Support new hire onboarding and accelerate associate productivity through structured training programs.
• Drive adoption and effective utilization of ERP and operational technology platforms.
• Partner with branch and regional leadership to identify training opportunities and address gaps.
• Assist with warehouse operations training and reinforce operational best practices.
• Conduct branch visits to observe workflows, provide coaching, and recommend process improvements.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
