Job summary

Associated Packaging, Inc. is seeking a Regional Operations Specialist to support multiple branches from Corporate Operations. You will ensure branch teams follow standard processes, train staff, and troubleshoot day-to-day issues to keep operations running smoothly.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with ERP usage (NetSuite), data integrity, and KPI tracking, traveling regularly to branches and partnering with Accounting, Purchasing, Inventory, Sales, and IT to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or branch operations.
• Experience with ERP or order management systems; NetSuite preferred.
• Ability to train adults; write clear procedures.
• Proven troubleshooting, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide branch operations support and second-level escalation.
• Train branch leads on SOPs, workflows, and process changes.
• Ensure SOPs, pricing, and internal controls are followed.
• Monitor KPIs and work with leadership on performance gaps.
• Act as ERP power-user and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues spanning departments.
