Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Regional Operations Specialist to oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned senior living community. The role requires an RCFE license, strong management experience, and travel across Northern California; some assignments may be extended or frequent.

Based in Irvine, CA, with a salary range of 165,000–175,000 and travel up to 95% of the time. The Regional Operations Specialist will ensure budgeted occupancy and compliance while representing the

• RCFE Administrator Certificate is required.
• Two years of college is required.
• Three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly is required.
• Prior experience with RealPage Accounting and Leasing & Rents for reporting and data is preferred.
• You've Got Leads (YGL) and ADP or other HRIS experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct day-to-day activities of the Community residents, staff, and finances.
• Represent the property with outside agencies, including governmental bodies.
• Participate in government surveys and develop plans of correction when needed.
• Promote the property and communicate the company values to residents, visitors, and team members.
• Coach Community Directors to meet financial and service expectations and drive team relations.
• Lead marketing and sales efforts to meet census targets and align with regulatory requirements.

Regional Operations Specialist RCFE license required This position will require travel throughout Northern California Senior Living experience required Travel Requirements Up to 95 Travel Required Travel to assigned Communities based on need and priority Travel assignments may be for extended periods of time and may frequently change; flexibility and availability are required Based in Irvine California Oakmont Management Group is a recognized leader in senior living operating 110 communities under the Oakmont Senior Living and Ivy Living brands We are the 1 operator in California and a top ten operator in the United States serving thousands of seniors across California Nevada Colorado and Hawaii With strong momentum and continued expansion we are actively growing into new markets The Regional Operations Specialist is responsible for the efficient operation and overall management and direction of the day to day functions of an assigned Community in accordance with policies and procedures current standards guidelines and regulations The position is responsible for achieving and maintaining budgeted occupancy; achieving and maintaining budgetary compliance; professionally representing the Company and creating a supportive and enjoyable experience for residents and team members Salary range 165000 175000

Responsibilities

• Assume the administrative authority responsibility and accountability of directing the overall management and control of the activities and programs of the Community its residents its employees and financial assets
• Represent the property in dealing with outside agencies including governmental agencies
• Participate in property surveys inspections made by authorized government agencies including developing and executing plans of correction when required
• Promote the property in a positive manner and effectively communicate the organizations values to residents visitors team members and the greater community at large
• Coach and direct Community Directors to meet the expectations and requirements of the Company including financial management excellent service and team member relations
• Guide and lead marketing and sales efforts to meet or exceed targeted census goals in a timely manner and in alignment with Company expectations procedures and regulatory requirements including the appropriate level of care

Qualifications

• RCFE Administrator Certificate
• Two years of college required
• Three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly
• Prior working experience with reporting and data in RealPage Accounting and Leasing & Rents
• Youve Got Leads YGL and ADP or other HRIS is preferred
