Formación

• RCFE Administrator Certificate is required.
• Two years of college required.
• Three years of experience providing residential care to the elderly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct overall management and controls of Community activities and programs.
• Represent the property with outside/government agencies and inspections.
• Promote the property and communicate company values to residents and team members.
• Coach Community Directors on financial management, service quality, and team relations.
• Lead marketing and sales efforts to meet census goals in line with regulatory requirements.
