Pilot Company is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and optimize operations across its network of travel centers in designated regions. You will drive profitable sales while ensuring top-notch guest experiences and adherence to company standards.

The role requires proven multi-unit or regional management experience in high-volume retail, strong P&L accountability, and a customer-first leadership style. You will recruit, coach, and develop store leaders, and be prepared to relocate as needed to

Formación

• 5 years of multi-unit or regional management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with Profit and Loss accountability.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture.
• Great people management skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Must exemplify integrity and accountability at the management level.
• Demonstrate excellent team leadership skills.
• Must build, coach, manage, and develop teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training standpoint.
• Strong preference for candidates willing to relocate as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all travel center locations in the region and drive profitable sales.
• Along with operational support, Region Managers must also recruit, train, and maintain their team by providing ongoing coaching and development to the Managers within their region.
• We are currently looking for candidates located within and/or willing to relocate within the Northeast, Midwest, and Mountain West areas.
