Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operations or general management experience in a service-based environment.
• Experience managing P&L and interpreting financial reports.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, safety practices, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams while holding employees accountable.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations while maintaining high standards for safety, service quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Oversee facilities, equipment, and other resources to ensure proper maintenance.
• Establish clear expectations and hold teams accountable for performance and results.
• Develop and implement strategies to support revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales and business development to strengthen the pipeline and secure opportunities.
• Build a strong local market presence through networking and relationship development.
• Manage the financial performance, including revenue, expenses, forecasting, and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs and use data to identify areas for improvement.
