Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to provide overall leadership for a regional operation. This individual will be responsible for maintaining strong operational performance while also driving revenue growth, developing employees, managing client relationships, and ensuring financial objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct daily operations while maintaining high standards for safety, service quality, efficiency, and compliance.
- Oversee facilities, equipment, and other operational resources to ensure they are properly maintained.
- Establish clear expectations and hold teams accountable for performance and results.
- Develop and implement strategies to support revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to strengthen the pipeline and secure new opportunities.
- Build a strong presence within the local market through networking, community involvement, and relationship development.
- Develop lasting relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Address customer concerns and use feedback to identify opportunities to improve service and retention.
- Manage the financial performance of the operation, including revenue, expenses, forecasting, and profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators and use data to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase revenue.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees across the organization.
- Establish performance goals and provide ongoing feedback and direction to team members.
- Promote a collaborative, accountable, and results‑focused workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and operational requirements.
- Monitor safety performance and take proactive steps to reduce workplace risk.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
- 3–5 years of operations management or general management experience within a service‑based environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing P&L and interpreting financial reports.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, safety practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams while holding employees accountable.
