Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a Branch Manager to lead a district, drive growth, and ensure top-tier customer experiences. The role is the main contact for implementing changes, mentoring staff, and ensuring adherence to district policies and expectations.

You will analyze operations and coach teams to hit profitability and service goals, while coordinating with operations, sales, and office leadership to deliver excellence across the branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• 5–7 years Branch Manager or equivalent level position.
• Strong attention to detail with background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or excellent customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel and participate in rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals of the Branch as well as deliver legendary customer experiences.
• Interview job applicants and select top candidates and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to the operations and service management team for smooth branch operations.
• Drive implementation of company programs and initiatives by motivating and supporting the management team to develop action plans.
• Review environments and key business indicators to identify problems and opportunities for improvement and coach teams to achieve goals.
• Play a supporting/auditing role with operations, sales, and office leadership positions.
