About the role:The Operations Manager is responsible for reducing risk, responding to incidents, and limiting exposure to liability within the client Global Safety & Security operations. The Operations Manager will partner with the client Global Safety & Security Management team to develop, implement and manage physical security, safety, executive protection, special events, investigations and risk management programs that align with the client culture, values and policies. The Operations Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations.In this role, your responsibilities will be:Design, develop, implement, and manage physical security operations for the client including post orders, standards, policies, and proceduresMaintain close coordination, planning, communication and regular direct liaison with the client Global Safety & Security management team and SIS Executive team around all aspects of physical security, safety, executive protection, special events, investigations and risk management programsManage operations at local client campus including budget management, performance metrics and contract managementResponsible for identifying areas of program improvement, expansions of service, customer service improvements and other evolutionary changesCreate measurable reporting process to include alarm monitoring, incident response, tracking and reporting of performance metrics and other service areasRespond in a timely manner to emergent events, issues, staffing deficiencies, and client requestsPerform other related duties as requiredAs a candidate you must have:Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, emergency management, business management, or related discipline or equivalentFive plus years experience in safety and security management or supervision, law enforcement or military, or security control room supervisionASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and/or Physical Security Professional (PSP)Proficient in PC and iOS hardware and software, including word processing, data analysis, Lenel, SalesforceComplete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client requested certification; all documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise notedMust be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer serviceHave flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team when neededWe offer:$110,000 per yearHealth, Dental, Vision, and 401k for eligible employeesPaid Time Off including Sick/Safe TimeA dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunity for growthSecurity Agency #C14164Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer
