The Role

As a Branch & Regional Operations Manager (BROM), you will oversee operations across multiple depots, ensuring excellent customer service, fleet availability, and operational efficiency. You will coach Depot Leaders, implement SOPs, and achieve performance targets, reporting directly to the Regional Director.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coaching Depot Leaders across locations
• Ensuring SOP compliance and high customer service standards
• Monitoring KPIs and improving performance strategies
• Managing P&L, budgeting, and costs
• Collaborating with Central Ops, Finance, and HR teams
• Traveling frequently (up to 75%) for support and oversight

Who Are We Looking For?

• 7–10 years in operational roles (rent-a-car, logistics, retail, hospitality)
• 3–5 years managing multiple locations or high-volume depots
• Experience managing financials, budgeting, and supplier relations
• Strong communication skills; fluent in English
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive campervans
• Solution-oriented, team management skills in dynamic environments
• Availability on weekends and holidays
• Interest in campervans and technical learning
