Role Overview:
As a Clinical Operations Manager overseeing Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) Services, you will lead, manage, and hold your team accountable for providing high-quality behavioral health support. Your role includes driving operational efficiencies, ensuring quality assurance, enhancing patient engagement, and collaborating with partners to ensure successful program delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and hold BHI team members accountable for clinical and operational performance.
- Streamline and improve operational workflows for BHI service lines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and scale new BHI workflows.
- Monitor productivity metrics and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain clinical excellence.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to the BHI team.
- Increase patient connection rates through innovative engagement strategies.
- Partner with the Partner Success & Growth Coordinator on BHI initiatives.
- Represent Vigilance Health in partner meetings to ensure operational alignment and excellence.
- Utilize the Team Performance Assessment Tool for weekly data-driven evaluations and accountability.
