Qualifications

  • Lead forms/paperwork updates in electronic systems.
  • Monitor KPIs, report results, and drive improvements.

Summary

Seeking an experienced leader to oversee operations across multiple primary care practices in a dynamic healthcare organization. This role offers an opportunity to drive organizational growth, enhance patient experience, and support a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical office management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role, preferably in primary care or multi-provider settings
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems, with Epic experience preferred
  • Knowledge of patient billing, scheduling workflows, and office operations
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to multitask effectively and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving, team-building, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
