Job summary

ExecuSource is partnering with a multi-location primary care practice in the North Metro Atlanta area to appoint a Regional Operations Manager who will oversee daily operations, provider relations, and team leadership across four sites.

The role requires a hands‑on operator with strong leadership and a track record in medical office management, including scheduling, billing, and operational improvements. Travel between locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of medical office experience with 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience in multi-site family/internal/urgent care settings preferred; Epic experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and team performance across four practice locations.
• Manage provider relations and scheduling using the EHR.
• Oversee payroll accuracy and financial metrics for the region.
• Coach staff, onboard new hires, and develop SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and quality initiatives.
