ExecuSource is partnering with a well-established, multi-location primary care practice in the North Metro Atlanta area to identify a Regional Operations Manager. This is a direct-hire role for a hands‑on operator who can lead daily operations, provider relations, and team performance across a growing practice network.

Position Summary
The Regional Operations Manager oversees daily operations, performance outcomes, provider relations, and team leadership across four practice locations. This role owns operational consistency, patient experience, and financial performance for the region, partnering closely with providers, clinical leaders, and administrative managers to drive efficiency, accountability, and growth.
What You’ll Do
Leadership & Operations
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to ensure compliance with policies and achievement of productivity and accuracy standards.
- Serve as a hands‑on leader — stepping in on the floor as needed and modeling best practices for staff.
- Reconcile daily payment batches and validate amounts across assigned locations.
- Manage supply and vaccine ordering/inventory, and lead ordering of equipment, IT assets, and other operational needs.
- Support organizational projects and initiatives through planning, communication, and execution.
Hiring, Training & Team Development
- Interview and hire new team members; manage disciplinary action as needed to uphold standards.
- Own new‑hire onboarding, including system access, required trainings, and account setup across relevant platforms.
- Build and maintain standardized training plans, onboarding schedules, and SOPs for front office and clinical support staff.
- Serve as the point of escalation for patient concerns and scheduling issues.
- Manage provider scheduling in the EHR, including template updates, schedule changes, and coverage blocks.
- Review and approve employee time‑off requests with a focus on appropriate coverage.
Performance Management
- Ensure accurate bi‑weekly payroll for assigned practices, including hours, PTO, and other pay‑period details.
- Use metrics, monthly reports, and KPIs to assess performance and drive accountability.
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Partner with providers to improve productivity, patient volume, and patient experience, including education on coding and related workflows.
Compliance & Quality
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, HIPAA requirements, and organizational policy.
- Support quality improvement initiatives, operational audits, and inspection/accreditation readiness.
- Ensure operational support stays aligned with clinical care delivery needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years of medical office experience, including 2+ years in a management or supervisory role.
- Family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care multi‑site experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic experience preferred).
- Solid understanding of patient billing, scheduling workflows, provider relations, and office flow.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
