Job summary

Quirch Foods in Missouri is seeking a Strategic Leader to head Operations, drive end-to-end supply chain excellence, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to meet client expectations. You will mentor a high-performance team, oversee procurement to delivery, manage budgets, and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and advanced data analytics to cut costs and improve on-time performance.

This role requires 10+ years in operations, at least 5 in senior leadership, with a strong track record

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations management, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in food distribution or related industry.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the operational strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead and mentor operations team to high performance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee supply chain from procurement to delivery, ensuring on-time, in-full delivery.
• Optimize logistics and distribution nationwide for cost efficiency.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma and other best practices to drive efficiency.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance with corrective actions as needed.
• Manage budgets, P&L and cost controls across operations.
