Job summary

Quirch Foods in Florida seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee warehouse, logistics, and transportation, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while leading supervisors and frontline teams.

You will implement strategies to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels, monitor KPIs, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance to align operations with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution center processes and best practices.
• Proven leadership skills managing large teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
