Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Operations Management Manager in Tulsa, OK to oversee a team responsible for planning, managing, and directing business operations for a client or region.

You will supervise staff, manage performance, and coordinate daily activities while driving efficiency and accuracy in reporting. You will guide staff development, oversee recruitment, conduct evaluations, and ensure compliance with policies and laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience or a combination of experience and education considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and monitor training and development.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching; oversee recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Prepare ad hoc data reports for revenue, expenses, and other metrics; evaluate trends to improve financial performance.
• Manage monthly forecasting for assigned clients or regions; ensure compliance with policy and regulations.
• Maintain data integrity across systems used by the team; partner with regional teams to implement best practices.
• Assist with training programs and process improvements; communicate policies to ensure regional consistency.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values; influence stakeholders to reach agreements.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues within systems and processes.
