Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior operations role within the construction industry.
• Proven track record in managing P&L, cash flow, and profitability.
• Strong understanding of labor and productivity management, materials and inventory management.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and business growth.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all regional operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Manage P&L, cash flow, and profitability of the region, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Oversee labor and productivity, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction and morale.
• Manage materials and inventory, ensuring adequate supplies for ongoing projects while minimizing waste and costs.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and business growth.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with other regional VPs and senior management to share best practices and drive company-wide operational excellence.
