You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, oversee budgeting and forecasting, review financial statements, and produce routine and ad hoc analyses for senior management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, and performance management.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly and manage expectations.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Provide formal supervision to employees, conduct evaluations, and coach staff.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities, schedules, and deadlines.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and management reporting processes.
• Review balance sheet analysis, cash flows, and standard reporting packs for accuracy.
• Review and approve basic monthly journal entries and reports for senior management.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc financial analyses and pro forma analyses.
