Responsibilities

• Respond to high profile tenant needs and issues.
• Act as primary contact with property owners and prepare reports.
• Develop and control annual budgets for large operating and capital expenses.
• Forecast complex management plans and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Provide formal supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities and schedules.
• Mentor and coach staff and oversee recruiting and hiring.
• Help create advanced programs for emergency recoveries.
• Review rent and CAM recovery charges for timely payments.
