• Support continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, safety and cost effectiveness.
• Develop staffing plans and productivity metrics for efficient operations.
• Provide process improvement and cost-reduction recommendations across the region.
• Oversee maintenance of vehicles, equipment, facilities to support objectives.
• Contribute to annual budgets and monitor operational performance.
