USA Compression Partners, LP, a leading provider of mission-critical natural gas compression services, is seeking a Sr. Manager of Operations to lead a regional team and drive safety, reliability, and profitability.

Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, this role oversees up to 5-8 Area Service Managers and as much as 300,000 HP of equipment, shaping standards, budgeting, and strategic plans across the region.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, industrial tech, engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in natural gas compression industry.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage P&L and budgets.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Legally able to work in the U.S.

Aufgaben

• Ensure safety adherence and service standards.
• Hire, coach, and manage performance and disciplinary actions.
• Set standards cross-functionally with regional teams.
• Monitor and improve efficiency of support services.
• Lead hiring, retention, development, and training of the operations team.
• Review financials and use data to improve profitability.
• Prepare and control operation budgets.
• Coordinate inventory and strategic planning for financial health.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and provide technical support.
• Liaise with top management to develop strategic plans.
