Humana is seeking a Manager, Sales Support to lead a team of Sales Support Professionals and enable field sales success nationwide. The role partners with regional leadership and HQ teams to optimize compliance, operations, and process improvements.

You will drive strategic initiatives, resource planning, and performance dashboards, leveraging market data to identify opportunities and risks. Remote, full-time with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, field support, or sales strategy roles.
• Minimum 2 years in a people leadership or managerial capacity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power BI) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience using data to drive business decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead field execution of strategic initiatives and channel initiatives.
• Oversee territory alignment, resource allocation, and performance reporting.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for sales leadership and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, Sales Training, Product, Analytics, HR.
• Coach, develop, and manage Sales Support Professionals, establishing team goals.
