Job summary

Professional Transportation, Inc. in the Las Vegas/Reno area is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead field operations, drive safety, customer service, and operational excellence across multiple locations.

You will oversee fleet management, GPS/Drive Cam installations, and coordination with railroad customers. The ROM will travel as needed to support branch operations, recruit staff, and implement process improvements that enhance performance and reliability while upholding PTI's safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred; comunicational and organizational skills required.
• Minimum 1+ year of supervisory or management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PTI software tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations across multiple locations.
• Drive safety, customer service, and operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain relationships with railroad customers.
