• Monitor vehicle locations and trip status using GPS tracking and transportation management platforms.
• Issue clear instructions via phone and electronic communication to all parties.
• Make rapid, calculated decisions on trip assignments and resource deployment under pressure.
• Collaborate with drivers, crews, customers, and internal teams to align priorities and schedules.
