Job summary

Professional Transportation, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead field operations acrossGillette-area locations. You will drive operational excellence, safety, and service standards while coordinating day-to-day activities for the PTI region.

The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with PTI software tools such as DriveCam, Trimble, and Crew. This role emphasizes safety leadership and staff development.

Qualifications

• Education includes anAssociate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Minimum 1+ year of supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficient with PTI software such as DriveCam, Trimble and Crew.

Responsibilities

• Promote and practice safety using PTI policies and the Positive Safety Culture.
• Coach drivers and ensure safety performance across branches.
• Recruit, train, and retain quality driver workforce; manage staffing levels.
• Oversee branch expenditures and monitor costs; ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with Dispatch and Payroll to cover trips and address staff issues.
• Monitor driver performance and Hours of Service compliance.
