Job summary

Professional Transportation, Inc. is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead field operations, safety, customer service, and overall regional performance in the Aberdeen area.

The ROM will supervise locations, coordinate fleets, and drive improvements in efficiency and safety while aligning with railroad customer needs. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with PTI systems such as

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Minimum of 1+ year of supervisory or management experience.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the branch location.
• Must be able to read, write, and converse in English.
• Must be able to read maps, use GPS/Technology System.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations tasks and assignments across locations.
• Analyze branch performance and resolve root causes of issues.
• Meet with railroad customer representatives to address performance concerns.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance programs and vendor coordination.
• Develop relationships with railroad customers and report changes.
