Bosselman Enterprises is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to supervise, staff, train, and oversee the operations of all locations within the region. This role drives financial performance and maintains the profit and loss statements for the unit.

Responsibilities include enforcing OSHA standards, leading training programs, maintaining budgets, onboarding new hires, participating in business reviews, and coordinating with maintenance, sales, and marketing teams to ensure profitability and

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 5–8 years related experience and/or training.
• Must read and understand monthly P&L statements.
• Must manage budgets and operate within guidelines.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Follows and enforces OSHA and safety standards across locations.
• Oversees training programs for locations and Region.
• Maintains a profitable business unit; achieves budget goals.
• Ensures new employee orientation and onboarding is performed successfully.
• Attends business reviews and collaborates with leadership for strategic input.
• Coordinates and assists in hiring General Managers.
• Works with recruiting to maintain steady flow of applications.
• Participates in job fairs and recruiting events.
• Fills in as General Manager when needed at locations.
• Performs inventory audits and fixes discrepancies.
• Maintains proper product levels at all locations.
• Fluent with POS system; basic computer and printer knowledge.
• Reviews scheduling for coverage, fairness, and consistency.
• Resolves warranty claims through proper channels.
• Performs compliance inspections and upholds standards.
• Coordinates with maintenance and construction teams for upkeep.
• Communicates with Sales & Marketing as required.
• Conducts routine market evaluations within the Region.
• Keeps shops and company vehicles clean and professional.
• Evaluates Location P&Ls and advises GM on opportunities.
• Develops and executes sales strategies to grow business.
• Assesses expenses and margins to meet budgets.
• Aids in budgeting and operating within guidelines.
• Ensures staff act and look professional per policy.
• Provides friendly and competent customer service.
• Reports for work on schedule; adheres to Safety Manual.
• Ensures LMS training stays current.
• Assists with other duties as assigned.
• Directly supervises 5+ Service Center Managers.
