Block by Block in New York City seeks a Regional Director of Operations who will lead ambassador services across multiple programs in the region. You will oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence, and drive continuous improvement in alignment with Block by Block standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations management and business development, with hands-on leadership and a willingness to travel regionally to Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of hands-on operations management experience.
• Willing to travel regionally, including overnight stays in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations and ensure service excellence across districts.
• Develop deployment plans for personnel and equipment.
• Train, coach, and mentor staff to build a cohesive team of Ambassadors.
• Monitor budgets, payroll, and program metrics; report to stakeholders.
• Drive program evolution through stakeholder engagement and new strategies.
