Experience leading multiple NY programs is ideal.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Human Services or related field.
• Minimum 5 years professional experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
• Ability to lead and coach Program Directors.
• Ability to implement work systems and new initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic leadership with measurable goals.
• Lead housing division to deliver quality, innovative services.
• Promote person-centered care and dignity.
• Provide clinical, operational, and fiscal leadership across programs.
• Manage special projects as directed by the Vice President.
