Job summary

Case Facility Management Solutions seeks a Sr Regional Manager to oversee service partner performance and client satisfaction across a growing portfolio. You will collaborate with Account Managers to align work with the SOW, drive regional growth, and strengthen partnerships between operations and service partners.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decision making, and effective communication with location and corporate facilities managers, leveraging CASE tools for daily management.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of project management experience in a customer driven role.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Leadership: ability to drive performance and promote healthy work culture simultaneously.
• Landscape, snow, or exterior facilities maintenance experience is preferred.
• Proficient with technology; Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Service Channel, Corrigo, etc.
• Account Management experience, Customer Service experience preferred.
• Strong desire to work in a team environment and lead from the front.
• Performance management oriented with a great level of attention to detail.
• Analytical with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to influence others and manage conflict with a methodical approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage service partner performance in line with Scope of Work (SOW) and Clients SLAs.
• Review work orders and inspections, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Develop rapport with location and corporate facilities managers through frequent communication.
• Utilize CASE technology tools (Salesforce, CASE APP, NetSuite) daily.
• Work with Regional Director to develop and execute seasonal plans.
• Manage site sourcing for all lines of service within a geography.
• Identify unique site needs requiring equipment allocations from Service Partners.
• Oversee Service Partners during snow and landscape seasons to ensure on-time service.
• Develop long-term relationships with Service Partners and Customers.
• Address Service Partner payments questions and resolutions.
