Job summary

Controlled Contamination Services is seeking an Operations Manager III to lead multiple site operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. You will drive staff development, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional facility services across Life Sciences and technology sectors.

The role demands strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to build a high-performance culture aligned with CCS’s core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in facilities, production, or cleaning operations.
• 5+ years managing supervisory staff and hourly labor.
• Strong P&L and financial reporting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and rational under pressure; adherence to policy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan and coordinate customer/regional operations.
• Staff development in training, safety, and performance management.
• Assist in recruiting/hiring/onboarding of new team members.
• Monitor and maintain budgeted labor hours at assigned sites/accounts/regions.
• Plan, organize and lead projects to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Represent the company at customer meetings and perform quarterly business reviews with key clients.
• Ensure accurate time/attendance recording and labor law compliance.
