Controlled Contamination Services is seeking an Operations Manager III to lead client operations, coordinate multi-site activities, and drive operational excellence. You will manage cross-functional resources, oversee budgets, and foster a culture aligned with CCS values.

The role emphasizes staffing, performance reviews, and continuous improvement, with strong communication and problem-solving to ensure high-quality decontamination services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in facilities, production, manufacturing, janitorial, cleaning, hospitality or related field.
• 5+ years prior experience managing supervisory level staff and an hourly labor force.
• 5+ years direct business operations experience.
• Strong P&L & Financial reporting experience.
• Relationship management/business development experience.
• Leadership and team development abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; documentation and regulatory adherence.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, plan and coordinate customer/regional operations.
• Staff development in training, technical skills, safety, and performance management.
• Assist in recruiting/hiring/onboarding of new team members.
• Complete annual performance reviews and provide development opportunities.
• Monitor and maintain budgeted labor hours at sites/regions.
• Lead projects to improve efficiency and productivity; identify best practices.
• Represent the company at customer meetings and quarterly business reviews.
