Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in facilities, production, manufacturing, janitorial, cleaning, hospitality or related field.
• 5+ years prior experience managing supervisory level staff and an hourly labor force.
• 5+ years direct business operations experience.
• Strong P&L & Financial reporting experience.
• Relationship management/business development experience.
• Leadership and team development abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; documentation and regulatory adherence.

Utilizing state of the art strategies, processes and human capital, Controlled ensures the highest degree of service and integrity for the sensitive environment we support; impacting those industries that impact the world.POSITION PURPOSE:The Operations Manager III is a leadership role that oversees teams, day-to-day operations and quality programs of a portfolio of customer accounts, areas, multi-location sites and/or regions.
