Job summary

Controlled Contamination Services seeks an Operations Manager II to oversee daily cleaning operations and quality programs across customer accounts and regional sites. You will lead project planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive performance improvements while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes staff development, budget adherence, and effective communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–7 years of experience in facilities, production, manufacturing, janitorial, or related field.
• 3+ years managing supervisory level staff and hourly labor force.
• P&L and financial reporting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan and coordinate customer/regional cleaning operations.
• Continually monitor cleaning operations to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Assist in recruiting/hiring/onboarding of new team members.
• Complete annual performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities.
• Monitor and maintain budgeted labor hours at assigned sites/accounts.
• Represent the company at customer meetings and conduct quarterly business reviews with key clients.
