Controlled Contamination Services seeks an Operations Manager II to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations and quality programs across multiple accounts. You will lead teams, drive performance improvements and ensure GMP compliance where applicable.

The role emphasizes staff development, recruiting, budgeting, performance reviews and client-facing quarterly business reviews to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 3–7 years of related experience, or 5–10 years in lieu of degree.
• Experience in facilities, production, cleaning, janitorial or related field.
• Prior supervisory experience with hourly labor and budgeting.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate regional cleaning operations across accounts.
• Monitor operations to ensure timely and correct execution.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and staff development; conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain labor budgets, calendar, minutes and action items for meetings.
• Lead improvement projects and implement best practices; ensure GMP where applicable.
• Manage inventory, represent the company in client meetings, and perform quarterly reviews.
