Companion seeks a Regional Director of Operations to lead and optimize veterinary clinic operations across Arizona and Texas. This remote role requires hands-on leadership with 70% travel to sites, maintaining high patient care and client service standards.

You will drive financial performance, develop hospital leaders, and implement processes that improve efficiency and patient outcomes across 12 locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-location operational leadership experience.
• Experience in service-based industries with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to optimize workflows.
• Excellent communication to engage stakeholders.
