Job summary

Kids for the Future seeks a Regional Manager/Director to partner with affiliated dentists and drive growth across approximately 5–10 practices. You will lead operational excellence, mentor Operations Managers, and ensure adherence to company standards and culture.

The role requires executive thinking, independent judgment, and the ability to influence and coach across teams. Travel to multiple offices is expected as part of daily duties.
