Aspen Dental is seeking a Regional Manager – in-office to oversee operations across 6–10 practices. You will drive growth, optimize processes, and own full profit and loss responsibility within the region.

The role requires travel to nearby offices, leadership of staff, and alignment with a shared business model to deliver exceptional patient experiences. Competitive compensation with incentives is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Management experience overseeing multiple locations in retail or healthcare.
• Prior profit and loss responsibility and ability to interpret financial statements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and employees.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operations for 6–10 Aspen Dental branded practices.
• Lead growth initiatives and process improvements with full P&L responsibility.
• Collaborate with practice staff and talent acquisition for staffing and onboarding.
• Travel daily to assigned offices and support regional operations.
