Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Regional Manager - in-office to oversee operations for a cluster of practices. You will drive growth, own P&L, and partner with staff to implement operational improvements.

You will travel to nearby offices to support operations, provide staff training on the business model and procedures, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and office managers to meet staffing needs and onboarding requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience managing multiple locations in retail or health care.
• Experience with profit and loss and reading financial statements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Committed to ongoing learning and team development.
• Willingness to travel for training.
• Daily travel to assigned offices and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee practice operations for a group of 6-10 Aspen Dental branded practices.
• Spearhead growth and process improvement initiatives; own full profit and loss responsibility; develop partnerships with staff.
• Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations.
• Provide training and development support to ensure staff understand the business model, procedures, and protocols.
• Evaluate and communicate staffing needs with Talent Acquisition and office manager for effective hiring and onboarding.
• Support daily office operations within the region as necessary.
